Dave Bass is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience designing Cloud, Network, Security, Contact Center, and Voice environments for hundreds of global clients. As a strategic thinker, Dave swiftly identifies over-spending & design improvement opportunities within an organization. He then collaborates with clients to develop and execute cost optimization and technology improvement plans that yield timely results.

Throughout his career, Dave has held leadership roles at prominent companies, including Comcast, CenturyLink, Advanced Telecom, Cavalier, Verizon/MCI, and Qwest. He co-founded the communications consultancy firm TSI Technologies in 1993, where his leadership garnered numerous recognition awards. Notably, TSI received accolades from both the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and the Philadelphia Mayor’s office for outstanding achievements.

Dave’s expertise extends beyond technical domains. He excels in diversity planning, multi-provider topology management, Expense Management, Buy & Sell-Side Preparedness, and Customer Advocacy in contract negotiations. Additionally, he possesses substantial experience in corporate process design, alternate channel management, private equity, M&A, public speaking, and operations efficiency.
